“Really lovely IHOP location, I don't know if the company has been doing remodels lately or something but this one is pretty. That said it's, on pad with the quality of every other IHOP I've been to. Affordable, delicious, and sugar syrupy sweet tea (Which yes of course I want that, I drove to Kentucky for pancakes give me that tea flavored sugar water.) I don't know about other IHOPs in the area but I do really enjoy going to this one.”

“At first i loved coming here especially after my first time trying it but lately the consistency and Quality of the food has been SLACKING the only thing i eat is a Brownie Cookie Dough Madness and the last times haven’t been great i came yesterday and the ice cream was literally runny like milk it wasn’t even ice cream and it’s called “brownie cookie dough” there was a single cookie in it and there were legit 5 pieces of little brownie in it throughout the whole blast. I couldn’t even turn back around to get it fixed bc i was running late for work, it just seems like everyone in the store needs to be trained again and the proper way”

“such a good place to eat! Every time I come here I have never been disappointed! The staff is always super friendly and their menu always has a variety of gluten-free or vegan dishes that cater to everybody's taste! I especially love coming here immediately after the gym because getting a nice pasta dish after a workout helps me to recover! my personal favorite is the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. They also have one of those Coca-Cola machines that have 100 different flavors which allows you to choose whichever drink you want! definitely highly recommended if you're in the Newport area! “I went in to get a group of orders because we weren't able to fax it over. I understand it was inconvenient but we waited until after the lunch rush and it was slow. One of the guys behind the counter saw me holding orders, rolled his eyes and groaned. He was clearly not in the mood to help me and had the younger guy make my orders. “I don't know who trained this staff but they need a pat on the back!!! They need to come out to Alexandria and train that location! On top of always having great service, a clean place to eat and my order is always 100% correct. I would like to recognize Greg who is always in the lobby making sure things are clean and offering to help in any way. I have a 1 and 2 yr old so eating out gets stressful. “We order from here often. When delivered the food is almost always hot and fresh. They run specials all the time. We usually order online. This way you accumulate points that can get you free food! We've gotten many free pizzas or whatever we want from the points earned. We also pick up from here and they always say 15-20 mins and I've never had to wait. It's always ready when I get there. If there is a problem with your order the staff will always make it right for you by sending a new order or offering a credit but it's very rare they get an order wrong. Highly recommend!”

“We had a table of 10 and it took forever for our waitress to even address our food order. Then she informed us it would be close to an hour to deliver. Granted this was a Friday night at 6:30pm and the first Friday of Lent, however the wait and attention from the waitress was not good. The food was decent nothing out this world. It was the first time I had been there in a long time and I likely won't be back soon. I try to support local business here in Ft. “Such a cute little ice cream shop! I love the exposed brick and the color scheme inside - mint, pink, yellow. Our daughter just had her 10th Birthday Party in the back room there and it was perfect! She had around 9 girls at the party and a few adults and it was very roomy. The girls were able to get the ice cream of their choice and then did some crafts that we brought. We had the shop basically to ourselves due to it being the holiday season but I see that as being a huge benefit to having a December birthday party at an ice cream shop ???? Everyone loved the ice cream choices, including the adults. The “cake eater” ice cream was especially a hit, as well as the bacon ice cream. I personally loved my salted caramel shake! I highly recommend Fort Thomas Ice Cream for evenings after dinner or birthday parties. We love being able to support a local business and it is even better when the ice cream tastes so good! I’d also like to note that we’ve met the moms of both of the owners and they were so sweet- great reps for the business!”
