“The other day we drove by MI RANCHO Mexican Grill around lunchtime and the parking lot was full. My husband suggested this morning we take a 25 minute drive and have lunch there. When we left the restaurant my husband was already planning our next trip back ! I like shrimp chimichanga’s and I found one on the À la carte menu -it was stuffed with a load of the big shrimp, the vegetables where cut in small pieces everything was sooo delicious. Best deal $6.99! My husband had The create your own combo pick three for $9.99 he had an Enchilada and two Tostados this came with rice and beans (we substituted the rice for extra beans ). He could not eat it all so we had a box to take one tostado home with us. The salsa was just perfect even though the chips were not paper thin (which we really like) they were fresh. My husband stated this was his new favorite Mexican Food Restaurant. This restaurant is very clean and the staff is so friendly. 😁”
