I initially order through uber eats and there was issues so the owner took initiative and delivered my food during the winter store timing 2021 plus the food was still hot & fresh..not to degrade other businesses but their food is much more tastier than T&D Island. They also give you large portions. You won't be disappointed!!”

“First time here tonight. I've been away from Hopkinsville for about six years. My brother suggested this place and what a great choice. Hannah our server was great! She was attentive, quick, and friendly. The food is excellent. We had two appetizers, the Irish Nachos, and a Plowman's platter. The nachos were fantastic with corn beef. The beer was excellent as was the Donut burger. Savory and sweet. Great work to the staff of The Local Irish Pub! #bravo”

“Probably the best Goodwill in this area of Kentucky. The building is built specifically for the store, so it has plenty of room. It is pretty well organized. Sometimes on heavy days there may be some shopper clutter, but they keep it up better than the local retail stores in that regard. The prices are usually fair. You may find the occasional item that seems way too high, but those are rare exceptions. Watch for the color tags on clothes. On certain days, a color of tag will be on sale. That is the best time to get a great deal on clothes. Here's a secret, the local consignment and vintage clothing stores shop here! So you know the prices are good if they find deals for resale. Great place to just browse, relax, and maybe find an old record, some gently used jeans, a teddy bear, knock knacks, etc, etc. You never know what you will see.”

“We were there on a Friday night. We came in for turtle sundaes. The Frozen Custard is delicious. They were very busy, but we still got our food fairly quickly. This location has only been open for two weeks. Overall, considering how constantly busy they are, I think they are doing a great job.”
