KFC

This location along with one across the street is a prime example of what's happening up top with the corporate level of Yum brands. It still offers a good product but has become completely disconnected from the counter level of service and presentation. All Yum Brand locations are becoming poorly maintained and struggling with management issues.
I have contacted Yum at corporate level only to find out they have a "hands off" attitude on individual stores and forward concerns directly to store managers. Corporate needs to send out undercover review people and see what's really happening at counter level and bring the company back from the edge of collapse.

Buffet could have been fresher but the employees were nice and the restaurant was clean. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner but they were fairly busy. All and all a regular KFC. Food was decent but a tad old

Went through the drive thru the employee who took my order was kind and knowledgeable of the menu items. The employee who waited on me at the window was very respectful and kind my order only took about 7 minutes from start to finish. The food was hot and prepared to order. I say to this KFC job well done.
