If you want your food in a timely manner, you had better eat inside. I've never experienced a problem inside their establishment... it's the drive-thru that's absolutely terrible. Twice in the last 2 months, I have waited over 20 minutes (after placing my order) and never even made it up to the window... I pulled away. I've worked fast food and understand how much that messes with them, but 20 minutes was unacceptable.

One of the best fast food places I've ever eaten. The people were so respectful and courteous. And the food was made exactly how I ordered it. Best place to eat in whitesburg. Kudos to the staff and management sunday night.

While the"4for4" meal deal was inexpensive, each item, burger,fries and chicken nuggets all tasted alike.
I asked if I could get a frosty in place of the nuggets but was answered with a rather harsh, "no you may not"!
I feel they should offer a dessert as the 4th item In their meal deal would greatly improve their sales.
