    There have been a few issues at the Winchester store but I’ve been mostly pleased with the service. There is a gentleman who works there, Braxton, and I know that when he’s taking orders or making drinks my order will always be correct and taste exactly how I expect it to. When you’re paying $6+ for one drink it should always be this way. He’s very professional and incredibly kind. I hope that Starbucks realizes what an asset this young man is to their company. No matter how busy the store is he always makes it a point to pass along a kind word and that is greatly appreciated.
