For those that may not be familiar and for those that are, if you're looking for an `Authentic Old Fashioned Hamburger`, give this place a try.
I've spent countless years locating restaurants serving meals that reflect earlier periods of time, where meals were made with proper ingredients and I do have to confess, this is a place where burgers are made properly. Uncertain how old the chef may be, but if he is fairly young, I tip my hat to him on his cooking abilities.
It is worth the stop should you happen to be in the vicinity. It may appear as a `Hole-In-The-Wall`, but the food `is` delectable.

Before flying out of Owensboro Tues morning, a young couple suggested I eat at Lucy’s Diner, so we stopped in for a quick cup of coffee and some biscuits and gravy. Lucy was the most joyful, attentive server/business owner I have ever met! My experience was great and unforgettable!! Thank you so much, and keep up the amazing work!
