    Food was delicious just as usual. It was a very busy day, so I didn't expect the top notch service. The lady at the register was a little mean and rushed us when ordering. I wish the fries came in larger size rather than the basket because they are always so good! Very enjoyable atmosphere, but the workers seemed a little chaotic just trying to get everyone served. Ritzys will always be nostalgic, just wish the service from the workers was a little better and served with a smile.

    Super fast service and they usually don't have any issues with incorrect or missing items. The 1 or 2 times that something has been wrong they are more than happy to fix the issues. Food is always fresh and hot and ice cream is lovely.

    OMG... I love the fries. Pulled into the car wash next door on our motorcycles because of the severe thunderstorm happening. Didn't try a burger, but the also looked really good. We need Ritzy's in Brandenburg KY.
