Friendly staff. Nice decor. Okay sushi. I got eel bbq sushi roll and shrimp tempura. The tempura was good but the sushi was a bit disappointing. For one, the sushi wasn't rolled up tight and the pieces kept falling a part. Will not come here too often.

If you want fresh and delicious hibachi without all of the fuss involved with sitting through the show at usual hibachi grills, then this is the place to go. I crave hibachi often, but I don't always want to sit through the big performances at other places or want to pay the prices at those places. At Blue Reef, you get fresh grilled meat, rice (white or fried), and vegetables. You can get veggie hibachi or chicken, steak, or shrimp. The spicy mayo and creamy garlic sauces are the best. My husband loves the teriyaki sauce. They have other staples like miso soup, egg rolls, tempura, and salads.

I do not eat sushi, but I have heard others say they have great sushi.

The food here is actually exquisite, the flavors are absolutely incredible! I've gotten the beef bowl and the dynamite shrimp bowl, and both of them are just completely packed with flavor, I've also gotten several sushi rolls that were just out of this world. it is a little pricey to order food here, but it is definitely worth it, and there's hardly ever a line or a wait!

Just went again today 3/30/19, still fabulous. Hibachi is a treat and sushi is the finest I've ever had in a long life of enjoying sushi.
Not to mention the folk there are as pleasant as you could hope for and they take pride in their products and service. You get a lot of value for the money you spend.
