Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery Lexington, KY

I had a coupon so we tried it out, probably not going back.

I really want to like this place, Lexington would benefit from a great Kilt experience. But this location is not up to par with others I've been to. Been open awhile now, but still hasn't found it's groove. That's a mgmt issue.

My caesar salad was covered in some kind of dried cheese powder over wilted lettuce. Sad.

Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back.. Have been back multiple times now, due to the Covid19 situation might need to implement a alcohol only rule at the bar
. (Ie. Must order alcohol to sit at bar for at least at few drinks). Seen one or more people that stay at bar for multiple hours ordering just soda's & food. Taking away limited seating for those only only wanting to drink.

The food was honestly solid - I had the Buffalo Mac & Cheese which at $13 felt a bit high but didn't disappoint. I'm maybe hung up on the waitresses uniforms but as they are the alleged draw of the Tilted Kilt they are perhaps the worst part. The service was good but a) those are definitely not kilts b) I was unaware that traditional Scottish dress called for both buckled shoes and bared middrifs.
