Carson's Food & Drink

We received fabulous service! The portions are extremely generous and made from high quality ingredients. We were happy with every dish - sausage trio (app), and the scallops and rib entrees. We only wish we arrived hungrier!

Very good restaurant, food was excellent service was outstanding the restaurant is really nice on the inside, parking lot was gravel which was surprising. Best appetizers I’ve ever had, the goat cheese was a favorite of everyone at the table. The waiter was very professional and friendly, never let anyone run out of drinks, kept the table informed on status of food. It’s a bit pricey but I don’t mind when you get good service and food. This is the only place I have to say that does their steaks correctly, and everyone at the table was happy with their meals- not one negative comment was made about our experience.

This place has it all. Great cocktails, great food, great atmosphere. Carson's staff were upbeat and fun to interact with. The night we were there, they had live jazz music. My next trip to Lexington with be around a visit to Carson's.

By far the best restaurant in Lexington, Ky, hands down. The service is absolutely incredible, they're so friendly and extremely attentive to your needs. The food is amazing, I've never had a dish I didn't like. And if you love banana bread pudding, you're in for a treat, Carson's is out of this world!! Did I mention that their brunch is spectacular too?? Do yourself a solid and go to Carson's the next time you're headed out for a great dinner in Lexington.

I've been here twice now. My wife and I came one evening for dinner and got lucky to get the last seat available (forgot to get a reservation). The food was amazing. Maybe the best we'd had in town. This week, I went back for lunch and opted for a burger and again, it was great. The BBQ sauce flavor was amazing.
