Would like to see a few more options for basic beer. And some random trivia not bear related. But I love it and will be back!!
Delicious beer and a fun atmosphere. The whole complex was very trendy and fun, with a nice outdoor seating. I was just passing through Lexington and was happy to have stopped here.
Ethereal brewing has a wonderful atmosphere in the distillery district. I think what really pulls me to this particular brewery is the interior and the friendliness of the bartenders. The interior is kick*** with the old building decoration, and the bar is nice and large enough to sit at or get an order during busy hours. Overall I could ramble about them, but they are located in a fantastic part of Lexington. If you like beer and spending time with friends, and if you need a slice of pizza right next door, Ethereal is your place
Went here after touring James E Pepper Distilling. Got a flight and sat outside to enjoy-- the outdoor area is awesome! Got a tub of beer cheese and generous pretzels that hit the spot for a nice snack. I really liked their Porter and stout but unfortunately they didn't have anything to take home so I hope they can rev up bottling/canning so one could take home/share etc
It was a great way to spend a nice Sunday afternoon! It was pretty packed and it was Easter so I assume on nice days this place gets slammed! Be prepared to get there early if you want an outdoor spot
One of the best breweries in Lexington! Ethereal has a fantastic variety of brews ranging from Oatmeal Stouts to Pickle heavy Sours. Always a great place to visit, especially Tuesday nights for trivia. Very hard to beat such a great brewery located so close to such a great pizza place.
