While dining in a couple of days after their opening a blind gentleman came in and he had fell on his way over. The girl at cash was very kind and ran to get her manager. The female manager (with red hair) came rushing out and assessed his injuries, she asked if he fell on property and if he needed her to call an ambulance. When the gentleman said no she asked if she could clean up his cuts for him. She took necessary precautions and all of her attention was focused on him. When he ordered his food she took care of it. The best part was after he was finished (they sat him down, brought his food, got his drink and condiments) she had one of her employees walk him across the busy street by the bank to make sure he made it home safe. It was such a pleasant experience to watch. Hands down the best customer service. I will be putting this on a survey when I receive another receipt because I have lost my others. Bravo to this manager for showing compassion. I think her name is patty, penny? Something with a P.

Ordered in drive thru. Driving my sister to a doctor's appointment at Central Baptist and decided to grab a bite while I waited. Also I saw them re-building one day I drove by and noticed that the burger King was gone, so I assumed it was going to be another Burger King. A couple weeks ago I saw the Freddy's sign up and there was a message saying they were practicing for the Opening coming soon.. So, since I was just a couple blocks away, I decided today would be a good day to try it. I pulled up to the drive thru to check out the menu..Waited a good while before the 2 other cars in front me even moved forward, but the sign says they don't cook the food until you order. So I won't complain about getting piping hot food. This sandwich looks just like Steak and Shake. But they have an ice cream selection like Dairy Queen or Culver's. The burger was really thin just like Steak and Shake, the fries were really thin, just like Steak and Shake. The burger was too salty and the fries tasted like they had been fried earlier and then dipped in oil again to make them hot. They just tasted old. But the cashier at the window was super friendly. I liked that they had a choice of Swiss cheese instead of just American cheese.. I Love Swiss cheese. And the Dr Pepper actually tasted like Dr Pepper, which is more than I can say for a lot of these restaurants with watery drinks that sometimes taste like it's part Pepsi cola mixed in with water from an old rusty pipe. I think my meal was about $9.50. I would try them again.

The food was hot and delicious! Staff was very upbeat and energetic. Loved the California style Double Steakburger!
