This place is AMAZING! Awesome atmosphere, great service, and incredible food. It’s really some of the best food I’ve ever had. Go here, eat all the food, and thank me later! Possibly the best restaurant in Lexington.

My experience at Italx was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The drinks were strong and delicious. While I am not personally a huge fan of onions or arugula the carpaccio made me fall in love. The pasta was cooked to perfection and was seasoned incredibly. The three chocolate dessert was a lovely finish to the meal. The service from the host to the server to the management is something I couldn’t ask more of. I would highly recommend visiting and giving it a try!

Simply the very best food, wine, cocktail and service I have had in a very long time. I live in a foodie area (Boulder, CO) and I can rank Italx among the very best. Incredibly smooth service, wine suggestions, flavors and textures in the food - exceptional. Please - if you live pasta - have the Casio e Pepe. The candele pasta was amazing. The chicken dish was incredible and the broccoli salad was delicious as well. The chocolate dessert was sublime. I’m running out of superlatives! Derek was our server and he was present without being intrusive, prompt, agreeable and truly interested in what we wanted and needed. All this through a hefty black mask! Table spacing was appropriate and generous, the courthouse view with the evening lights was lovely. This place absolutely rocks it and it will be THE place to go for all occasions. Shout out to the creative team!! Thank you for this fabulous place!!

I'm actually reviewing while in Italx. The best meal I have EVER had! May it reign as the premiere Italian restaurant in Lexington! Be certain to order a drink from Taylor at the bar. Superior personality!
