Sawyer's Downtown

I attended a conference at the Lexington Center today along with 500+ other teachers. We only had an hour to eat before we had to get back to the conference. There were a lot of hungry teachers which could've spelled disaster for many restaurants, but the service was super quick and the food was delicious. Thank you so much!

Owner of this place is great! He talks to every costumer walking in and is just a great friendly person. We are here visiting for uk and found this place to eat lunch after the tour and the burgers and fries were great. The other staff was also very kind. Overall, a great place.

Sawyer's is a great place! The owner and his staff are both very nice. The chili is fantastic. The owner even bought my lunch today, just to be nice! He always make an effort to create small talk. I highly recommend this place because the food, location, and service are beyond amazing.

You MUST visit here! I'm in town from Nashville and I wish we had a spot like this there! Food is great, atmosphere is great, most of all the people are great! The owner was running the register! They said they're a little short handed but you couldn't tell it at all! The service was perfect!

It was a long tradition to go get a Sawyer's burger before a UK game. I would urge you to either get there WAY EARLY or go for lunch instead. The game crowd is amazing and will be 40-50 deep. Go for lunch and you will love it. Fresh made burgers with a toppings bar, you always know it's the way you want it.
