It's been 6 years and I still think of this place often. The best food and attitude. One day I was having so much fun I went for lunch, and hung out until it was time to eat dinner. Great home made bread and the hot sauce will blow you up! Worth a visit!

I am a local girl and I am ashamed I have never tried this place before today. The food was absolutely delicious. The place itself is just freaking adorable The service is amazing. The owner is a super nice guy and one hell of a cook. The food is seriously like nothing else you will find around here so I cant begin to tell you what to expect, except pure deliciousness. I had cajun fried eggs Benedict . Rich spicy and pure heaven on a plate. And the French doughnuts (sorry I cant remember their names) o but they were divine. I cant wait to go back and try the lunch menu.

Went for the Jambalaya, sadly they we're out at the time. Had the Cajun burger, which was quite delightful. The pepper sauce on the table, Papis, reportedly made by the owners brother, was so outstanding, a bottle was purchased to take home. Back to the visit, friendly little place, great food, owner came from the kitchen and engaged patrons in friendly banter. Definitely recommend if you're from, or passing through, Frankfort. Was featured on Diners, Drive ins and Dives at some point, I missed that episode, but glad I found it this day

04/19: Returned again and, great news, jambalaya was waiting. Holy SH*T, the chef knows how to cook a jambalaya the good ol' fashion Cajun way. You gotta try this stuff

This place is amazing! Very creative menu, and everything I had was delicious.... From their house burger, to deep fried asparagus, and deep fried oreo’s.

Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. Rick the owner talked to all of the guest, and was very engaged while cooking...

I completely understand why Chef Guy would feature him on a Food Network TV show.

Great visit! I live right down the street so I go there pretty regularly to treat myself to the omelettes on Saturday mornings with his signature potatoes and toast. Today, a guy next to me at the bar ordered a pancake and I thought it looked good so I ordered one.( I had never ordered one there before.) What a delight! Fluffy, soft, buttery goodness topped with probably the best maple syrup I've ever had. I will definitely be back
