Just so yummy and the staff is so nice. I was there at 930 on a Wednesday night, and both drive through lanes had about 15 cars each!! Still made it through fast and easy.
This is one of my favorite places to bring the kids by myself. The staff is always extra polite and accurate. There is an older gentleman who always comes around and takes your trays, asks if you need refills and sometimes even plays the harmonica. I also love that typically at lunch time they are super busy but you never seem to have to wait that long for food.
It was so good! I've never met a friendlier staff! I tried to poach them to my own job but it didn't work lol. ????
1st off, it would have to be an exceptional place for me to rate a fast food restaurant 5 stars. This particular chick-file-A does come mighty close.
The good.. Customer service is excellent, counter staff are well mannered play and attentive, kitchen staff are clean and professional, window crew are courteous and thorough, and outside order takers keep the truly mind boggling flow of drive thru customers moving smoothly without leaving you feeling rushed. In all cases managers have been attentive to the needs of patrons and leap to attend to developing issues when there are no idle hands. This store is always clean, with employees routinely working to maintain that condition. The play area is likewise maintained well and often.
The not good.. This store is cramped, from the compact if convenient location on a busy 6 lane near to shopping malls and office towers, To the dining area where you don't quite feel like you're sitting on top of your neighbors, but if anybody stood beside their table for long it would feel uncomfortable. Likewise are the parking lot and play area.. There's enough spots, and there's enough slides, but if someone gets confused things jam up quick.
Altogether, it's a good place to eat
The people that work here are so nice and respectful. My food was very hot I mean real hot and good. They greet you with a smile that makes me want to come back again. I have never gotten bad food here. My only wish is they had more locations. Who ever train these people should go all over the world to all the fast food restaurants and train all the cashiers. It doesn't have anything to do with race religion or age they hire people that wants to work there that appreciate the pay that appreciate waiting on people. Five stars for this restaurant I would give you ten if I could.
