Outback Steakhouse

This place was extremely clean. The servers are great up here, they knew the menu( happy hour,specials, limited time foods, etc.) They were also pretty quick about getting the food out, also brought fresh bread/sweet tea refills quite often. Often checked on you, to see how the food was, etc. Its affordable food. I plan on going back if I'm back in this area again.

I usually love going to Outback. This time, the service was as good as usual, but the food seemed to have been cooked in a rush.
I like my steak to be cooked close to well. Some steakhouses do a great job cooking slowly to just the right temperature keeping the exterior of the steak juicy and not burned. Outback is usually great with this as well. However, this time around, my steak was closer to medium in the middle. Also, the outside of the steak was overcooked and crispy. I chose not to send it back to have it cooked further because I did not want the outside burned any more than it already had been.
If I would have complained, I'm sure they would have made me a new steak. However I did not have enough time to wait for them to start over.
This visit was a bit disappointing. I am only giving 3 stars because the service made up a little for the lack of quality.

Very tasty meal. I'm a big eater and my 10 ounce salmon meal filled me up. Everything was hot and fresh. Service was courteous, helpful and speedy. I will definitely return.
