    excellent customer service a couple weeks ago. very polite and attentive employees and who i think was the manager was the best. best JM service i had thanks to her and it was nothing she had to go out of her way to do. just pleasant :)

    Decent cheesesteak with plenty of meat, but not worth the almost $8 for a small sub without drink or chips. With so many great sandwich shops here in Louisville, Jersey Mike's needs to consider what they give customers for that price. Gave 4 stars because the employees are so friendly.

    I go at lunchtime periodically. Fast and friendly service. Food is always great. I get a mini #7 chips and drink for under $10. I love how the Turkey is cut thin and there isn't so much bread that it detracts from the sandwich.

    My favorite sub place for sure. Service is always great and quick. Love the #13 with all the fixings! I come here as often as I can
