Panera Bread

I love the broccoli cheese suit

Everybody has a bad day, but yesterday I ordered online and it took quite a bit longer than it said, making it worse was that the order tracker still said they were preparing the food well after it had already been delivered. I went back today because hey, I love Panera, and I didn't get the cream cheese with my bagel (despite it being on the receipt) and the Fuji Apple salad that I got in the morning for lunch later that day came with Caesar salad dressing. Both of these discoveries came after I was already at work for the day. Moral of the story...check your bag before you leave.

Very good! Although they forgot my cream cheese! But good service and specials! Warm customer service!

Jeremy at this Panera is wonderful and very accommodating. I had stopped at two Panera’s on my way home from TN and they were both out of bread bowls, which I had been craving for weeks, for some reason! Haha. I called this Panera in advance to see if I could get a bread bowl, and Jeremy did everything in his power to assure I could get one! What a guy!
