I keep reading reviews sayin the place is clean. You don’t go here for the cleanliness. You go for the chicken. The cleanliness is below average. There are chicken bones all over the parking lot. And they close the restroom after a certain time.

If you can get past the cash only rule and the general indifference of the staff since you have to order in front of bullet proof glass barriers, they really do have the best fried chicken in town.
Don't go if you care anything about eating healthy because that is not that kind of place... I mean, even the vegetables are fried.
Also, familiarize yourself with the menu, there is a certain kind of lingo you should use to make it easier on yourself and the staff.. if you try to get too complicated, they just act like they didn't hear you.

Well, first you gotta know your going here for King's spicy chicken. It's unique, tastes great and doesn't compare to anything else out there. And you HAVE to have potato wedges with your chicken. Now, to get the full experience you need to go to the West Broadway location. CASH only for your bird and you order through a speaker to folks on the other side of a glass wall. You'll figure it.

That place was perfect for me an my boss. We were craving the flaps an we were able to get 12 a piece. They were hot an delicious. The service was great, as well.
