80/20 @ Kaelin's Restaurant

Came here for lunch after the zoo, great food and amazing ice cream. Had the apple butter bourbon ice cream and it tasted like a dream. Love the ambiance of the restaurant and will definitely be coming back.

We went with a group of 8 and our food was really good! But I do agree with other reviewers that $13 cheeseburger is a bit much...especially since it was $5.00 burger week in Louisville. The cheeseburger was really good and the bun was perfect. Oh but if you do go make sure to get the fried green tomatoes!! They were delicious and some of the best I have ever had. My husband had the beef stroganoff and he said it was just okay ($16). So I would say save up your money and go and enjoy but it won’t be a regular place for us to go.

Not your grand parents Kaelins! They have really adjusted to the modernization of restaurants beautifully. Had the Steak super on point. And the Duck wings were probably the best I have ever eaten. Great service to boot. Will definitely be back.

Not happy. There famous burger barely had any of the special sauce. It was over priced and the staff basically just want a tip. They were not friendly. I felt out if place. I won't go back. It's sad because someone recommend it. My boyfriend enjoyed the Ice cream. That's about it...thumbs down...

We attended a Mother's Day event that was just wonderful! We were initially concerned about lack of vegetarian options, but called ahead to find out there would be plenty of options for all of us. Not sure if this was special to the group hosting the event, Mama To Mama, or they generally have these additional items. The staff is very friendly and efficient and a room was set up for the kids - complete with nannies, to make a variety of craft projects while being in close proximity to their Moms. Planning on going back.
