Good food! The only reason that I gave them 4 stars is because I wish their portions were larger. I got the catfish, which was delicious, but I wish they would give you more fish. The ribs looked great and portions looked large. Guess next time I'll get the ribs!
This place is amazing! I had the brisket tacos on my first visit with broccoli salad. So GOOD!!! I came back another night while staying at the hotel next door and had the southern Patty Melt with the green beans and homemade potato chips. It was the best patty melt I have ever eaten! Definitely order it with the pulled pork! I loved the bbq sauce also. This place knows how to do barbecue! Loved it!!
We'll definitely be back. My husband said that this was the best ever carry- out experience. Food was ready in quoted time. The service was speedy, accurate, and friendly. When we got home and ate, our food was thumbs up all around. I was hoping to get the grilled chicken baked potato and they were out of potatoes (The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.) My husband got the chocolate pie and the pecan pie. The pecan is spectacular. I would like to sample through their sauces too.
Rustic BBQ spot with more options on the menu than your typical restaurant. I had the catfish dinner and it was exceptional. The fries were crisp and salty but the cornbread was a little bland. The mac n cheese was quite tasty also. The sweet tea was extra sweet and so was the service. The wait was EXTREMELY long but probably because it was game night. It's worth a try if you're somewhere nearby.
Incredible place! Boyfriend and I were looking for a quick, good BBQ and Martin's did not disappoint. The brisket is pork instead of beef and so much more moist, smoky, and delicious. The bun was soft on the top and crispy on the bottom. The sauce is a perfect blend of sweet and smoky. My only suggestion would be to offer pickles with the sandwiches. Price is reasonable for what you get: two sandwiches and two sides with drinks was about $23 tip included. Waitress spent time going over the menu, which was appreciated. Highly recommend, will be back!
