(January 15, 2019, 7:08 am)This Penn Station is one of my favorites. It has always been clean. The workers are always super nice. The food is made fresh. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I eat there often.

(January 3, 2019, 11:46 pm)It seems like the ones taking an order over the phone all the instructions for the order are not relayed correctly to the person making the sandwich so the order is not messed up. The manager called apologized for the mix up and offered to replace the sandwich. Shows good customer service! Upped the rating just for that!
