Frisch's Big Boy

Went on a Sunday around 1pm. Health score was a 90%, up from a previous C. Half of our party of six got the breakfast bar and half ordered hamburgers. The breakfast bar was well stocked and maintained. The hamburgers took a long time to come out and those who had the breakfast bar were finishing their last bites when the burgers arrived. The server was very friendly but had a large number of tables to serve so those who got burgers got their cole slaw literally 2 minutes before their burgers.

Forgot to ring in my pie baby which isn't a big deal but I did order it and realized it wasn't in the bag either, also ordered a salad that was done with no care whatsoever 3 stars because the Original Big Boy sandwiches where A1!! Delicious so maybe it was my fault to just really wanted my pie baby????

1st off they were understaffed. But the salad bar was pretty much empty. The young girl said she filled it for us. Went and it was just as empty as it was. On a good note our server was great and very apologetic she was doing the best she could. But my problem is the manager was doing nothing. She, our server had to get on him to help her to fill the salad bar. He did and everyone was happy. Point is don't go go when they're short handed.
