Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Very busy and had an 11 minute wait for spicy but I suppose that was to be expected since it was Mother's Day. It would have just been nice if they had planned better. The service itself was adequate and fast although the restaurant itself was filthy. The kitchen was exactly like you would expect to find it on a busy holiday Sunday. The staff was adequate. Not a bad review but certainly not a stellar one.

Way way way too cold for anyone to be in there longer than 20 minutes the food was warm at best. The Cinnamon Apple Pie was the hostest thing in the building. The boneless chicken was so small I ate my entire meal & for thee expensive price I paid for $8.83 Nothing was room temperature because it was so unbearably cold and frigid in there. The Sweet tea was way too sweet & even for children that like sweet drinks. The mashed potatoes with gravy needed butter as well no pepper or Soul in the food at all. My heart is broken from this because real Cajun food have a firework of flavor not just heat. My stomach has been upset from the spices all day and next day as well. Food tasted mediocre at best & cold to the touch. Someone need to change a lot of things in there. I will most definitely help them if they need to outsource a good chef.

Didn't have to wait to order and got our food pretty fast as well. The girl at the register was a little rushy for some reason. It was my first time ever there and I had no idea what I wanted and she was not happy about waiting. Food was good and the rest of the crew was really nice.

Would have been better if the lobby hadn't locked their doors over an hour early and I could have went inside to order instead of dealing with the drive thru. Maybe then I could have made sure the order was correct BEFORE I got it home. Corporate has been called regarding this issue as well.

Excellent Popeyes to dine in or take out. My food was fresh. It had just been cooked. Prepared very well. One of the best Popeyes, I ever dined at. Friendly staff, but a bit of expensive menu.
