Green District Salads - St. Matthews

First, they need to remove old sign at original location. I’m from out of down and Waze took me there. The new location is very nice. I got 2 salads to go. One had salmon and was very good. The salmon was not fishy and cooked well. I do wish they removed the skin first. The dressing was delicious and just enough. Love how all ingredients are chopped small. The other salad kickin chili chicken was great but not a fan of the chicken. It was very slimy. Maybe texture issue for me. The avocado was brown too. Hence, lower score. Overall, a good place for a nice/fresh salad.

SALADS! I love salads. I am in love with this place! The choices here are amazing. There are so many it is almost confusing. Never fear! They have plenty of pre-selected combinations, but you can also build your own. I got the Salmon Loves Me. It was delicious as you can tell from the pictures. Not that I condone clean plates as happy plates, but I was indeed happy. 🤤 IJS.

My first time to Green District Salads in St. Matthews, and was it a surprise. The new place is impressive. My dish was fresh and tasty. I had the “Kickin Chile Chicken”. I love spicy, and all the ingredients that were in the salad. The exterior and interior was very contemporary. It’s a fine addition to the town of St. Matthews. I’ve only lived here for 4 years: it’s been exciting to see the new businesses that are coming to this town. I can’t wait to bring my sisters to Green District! Best wishes to their future here.👍🏼👍🏼

What a great location next to Drakes in St Matthews! The food is incredible. My favorite is a Firebird salad. If you’re looking for fresh food fast, this is it!

I had the Hide and Go Greek salad, it was excellent...great fresh, quality ingredients... delicious mmmmmm, you won't be disappointed!!
