Went to see a concert and of course had an amazing time. The venue emailed directions before the event, which the venue had the EASIEST access I have ever seen in my life, event staff was courteous and very helpful. A few days after the event the venue emailed us again to thank us for attending! Absolutely NEVER had any venue email to express gratitude for our attendance before! Nice touch and well played KFC YUM Center!

My wife and I attended a music venue here. It didn't look like there would be a bad seat in the place! Loved it here and would definitely attend other events here. Another perk was it was in walking distance of our hotel which allowed us to dodge any traffic.

Beautiful facility. Not really set up for disabled or people with walking issues. I took my mom to Disney on Ice. We had great seats. And even though she got wheelchair assistance, she still had to walk down several rows of steps. It would have been a lot easier for her if we were allowed to take the elevator to the bottom level, which was so much closer to our seats.
Food and drinks are too expensive. Overall, Great place for those without mobility issues. The Assistants are absolutely wonderful.
RYAN from Indianapolis was a amazing! He assisted me to my seat and returned without being called after the show was over. He was so kind and considerate. I give the Attendents/Assistants 5 stars!

I love the Yum Center! It’s location downtown on the waterfront (close to) means there are places to go before and after games and events - visits can truly be events.

The Yum Center itself is worth a visit on its own. From the grand entrance to the views from the various levels, to the pictures and displays, you could - if you weren’t really interested in the game/event - spend a great deal of just wandering around.

There are lots of food and beverage choices and places to enjoy them even if you don’t want to go back to your seat.

I could tell you that there are no bad seats in the Yum Center and technically that is probably true, but getting up close to the action is a much, much, much better experience. Spring for the better seats, have a bite on the way into the arena and enjoy the show!!

I saw the band Tool in concert. They didn't allow cell phones to be out of your pocket whatsoever to take pictures, video or audio recording of any kind. I imagine that is a rule set by the band over and above the house rules of the Yum! Center. I really respect that rule. It makes the experience feel more 'sacred', if that is the right word. Beer and drinks were extremely expensive and they were out of most beers worth drinking before the concert even begun. I paid $10 per 12oz. draft pour of a Blue Moon beer. The light show was absolutely amazing. The sound system was very good. We had nosebleed seats, but this venue wasn't that bad with those seats. I would go again if there was a band on the level of Tool. Otherwise, the ticket prices are too expensive at $1200.00 per seat for 7 rows back from the stage. Because it was Tool, it was an amazing night.
