(September 11, 2019, 6:36 pm)We ate here for lunch, upon the advice of a local. My Kentucky ham sandwich was substantial. My husband liked his chicken salad sandwich. The soups - clam chowder and vegetable beef - excellent! The plain old iced tea was especially appreciated. And I liked how the drink came with the special.

The food is consistently on point and the service is great, the owners run their restaurant like a well-oiled machine. **Hint** On Thursdays, the blue plate special is a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant (buttery and flaky), chips, a drink AND cheesecake!!! All for just $10.55 if you pay with card, you get a small discount when you pay with cash. Enjoy!

(May 5, 2019, 10:51 am)Cozy diner type restaurant. Excellent service. I've only tried their grilled cheese and tomato soup thus far which is delicious, but that leaves them at 4 stars for now
