    Popped in on a Saturday night, 7/13/19. Young man, (did not catch his name, sadly), made two quesadillas for us. The MOST smoked brisket I have ever gotten at any Qdoba was placed on my quesadilla along with all of my favorite toppings, and pressed to crispness. I could finally pick it up to eat, which has been many years that they haven't been soggy (at other locations). This was the best Qdoba we've ever had, here on Shelbyville Rd.

    Makes excellent burritos and taco salads. This location gets a TON of business for lunch - sometimes the line can be a bit long but moves fast. Check the counter and make sure they have 2 people working the assembly line minimum and 1 dedicated cashier before committing to line. Anything less and wait can be a bit too much to make meal enjoyable. Qdoba would also do better to have a salsa bar open to customer's like there competitor Moe's. After all - the amount of sauce on you burrito is a very personal thing

    Great selection at a medium price range. With significant options at no additional cost QDoba delivers quality food quickly.

    Trying to reduce your intake and just have a smaller meal? Their mini bowl option is great deal. Their kids meal is a great option for a reasonable price for kids.
