Wound up at the GRŰV after a power outage prevented us from being able to watch the All Star game at home. What good fortune! Laid-back vibe, delicious food, generous portions, attentive staff. I want to get to know these people better. They are friendly and highly motivated. Their wings, even their chicken fingers, and their sauces are not to be missed. I generally don't "hang out" at places, but I will be making an exception!
Great bartenders and servers. Fun patrons and music. The owners are super nice. Looks like a great place to host events. Great upstairs areas. They just expanded their wine menu.
So, so good! We have been wanting to try this place since it opened, and we are so glad we did! The staff and owner were wonderful to talk to, the space was warm and inviting, and the food was amazing! Best fries I’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be going back and making this a regular spot! Please check it out. You will NOT be disappointed!
Great local dive bar! Love the wings and the feel of the place. One of the owners walking by made sure to ask me if I enjoyed his wings and the employees were very nice and informative. I will have to go again while I am down. Enjoy!
We came here for lunch and ordered Chicken sliders, the fish sandwich, and some fried pickles.
Pros: The sandwiches were delicious. Tender, tasty fish. The restaurant is clean, staff is nice and attentive. A very pleasant atmosphere.
Cons: The "hand cut" fries were a disappointing accompaniment of cafeteria-style crinkle-cut hate potatoes. The soda was somehow flatter than the water.
All in all, the sandwiches are worth it. Would come again...but skip water-soda and sadness fries.
