“I am a little biased of course, but every time I have gone into this location, it is always clean and the cashiers' (especially Margaret Jo Armstrong) gets you through the line as quickly as possible. I know for a fact she takes great pride in servicing her customers. They all love her not only as a Thornton's employee but because she also cares about each and every one of them not only as a customer but as good friends. I was with Margaret Jo recently in Florida and one of her customers from her store (Thornton's) came up and gave her a big hug. I have been out with her on many occasions when this same thing has happened over and over again. When she came back from vacation, she was welcomed with open arms and so many praises. She does not know I am writing this but the truth is what it is. You are blessed to have such a wonderful employee working for your company. “I've had First Watch before but never at the new Middletown location. My son had never experienced First Watch so I figured I'd let him give it a try. I came away very impressed with the experience at First Watch in Middletown. Our server was great, he was very attentive and prompt. I enjoyed my Traditional Breakfast, it was prepared to order. My son got the kids French Toast and he absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back.”

“Crave was my son's choice for his birthday lunch and now I know why. The food was outstanding and the staff went out of its way to make sure we were happy. My husband likes very few restaurants and wants plain, no nonsense foods. He was having trouble finding something on the menu that sounded good to him because all he wanted was a hamburger. The young lady at the counter was exceedingly patient with him and offered to let him try samples of soups or salads. He settled on a ham and swiss sandwich and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. There was easily a half pound of ham on that sandwich. My son's chicken tortellini soup looked delicious and he had that with half of a club sandwich. I had the Kentucky Girl wrap with benedictine and turkey. Absolutely delicious and everything was very fresh. I was impressed with the food, but the staff went above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful lunch! I will most definitely be back.”
