Bought birthday cake for my daughter. Delicious!

My daughters love going here. If they are able to pick an ice cream shop to grab a snack, this is always at the top of the list. The ingredients are always fresh. The staff tends to be young and not always "attentive" to their jobs, for example: not breaking their private conversation about their boyfriends - taking place in front of my 8 year old or having a hard time putting the iPhone down to take an order. That being said, we have never had a bad experience here.

The coffee ice cream was so good. We sat inside at one of small tables. The tables had fresh cut flowers. It was a pleasant time for my niece and me.

Manager was very nice but staff was lazy....they tried to put the ice cream on the side instead of in the cone then told my husband they were out of our favorite ice cream when the manager said he made fresh this morning... I work in restaurant business for 7 years an I would never tell a paying customer that until I make sure we're out of something....I really love coming to this place I live 30 mins away I live closer to the Newport location but they are always out of everything so I come to this location instead....just needs to work on employee's work ethic. Once again manager was amazing he remade our order due to the employees mess up an was very professional!

When we went they were out of several of their main items. The manager was super helpful though and worked hard to find a resolution. It is more expensive than other ice cream places, but with that considered it still feels like quality. Good stuff!
