“The food was delicious, everything was so appealing. We tried everything. Sushi was so fresh definitely recommend the chicken pad Thai. I read in the top 100 restaurants that they were famous for their pad Thai and boy were they right not too wet and not too dry. It was perfect! Also try the fried banana with ice cream. I think it's the best desert. The waiter was so nice to us his name is Casey!!”

“When Mae Ploy in Highland Heights closed at the end of 2013 I lost my favorite restaurant. Today a small piece of me has been restored! Lotus has the same owner/chef and, I'm happy to say, the same yellow curry that use to be my favorite dish of all time. I was never able to find a curry with so much richness and depth of flavor so I was ecstatic to find it unchanged (for the most part). Lunch came with fantastic soup that I always looked forward to as well. The new location is modern and open and the staff is friendly and attentive. I've been waiting for this for 5 years and I'm so happy Lotus is finally open.”

“Our first experience was absolutely wonderful! We had a very knowledgeable waiter the food was awesome! The music was a bit loud and not suitable for my taste it was more of a pop type Latino station. Our two subsequent visits were awful we requested not to be seated near the bar and ended up having to argue with hostess and waited a long time before anyone came to our table although the restaurant was not very full. I must give 4 stars though! Our first waiter and our first experience were that great!”

“The renovations made the place look much better, even down to the plates they use! Food is always tasty and hasn't been incorrect. The only odd thing is that just about every time I've ordered pancakes, I've found a random, stray onion hiding in the middle of them? But other than that, the service is great and they offer a wide-range of foods, so even the pickiest of eaters can find something tasty!”

“Good. I liked it. There was nothing wrong with anything or anybody. Too many Choices for toppings. Overwhelming, but makes you want to come back and try the options. Expensive for sure. $13 or so for a burger and fries, though they do stuff em full of fries al that must be the perk. Everyone is nice, smiles when you enter, polite while waiting for indecisive people like me to figure out whether I want a hit dog or a burger. The hot dogs are the most interesting item to me. They cut the hot dog in half to grill them. It feels like my grandpa is making them on his grill. I did the simple relish, mustard and ketchup. Came to about 5 or so. I thought that was reasonable. I didnt know about the different seasonings for fries until I read it on the board. I liked the seasoned version.”

“One of my faves. Used to go here 2-3 times a week, as their food is always 10/10, but now that I have to be a bit more frugal with my money... I'm starting to realize how pricey their food can be. I still go on Moe's Monday (when I can), as that's a pretty good deal. Service is always friendly, and most know my friend and I by our names. Never had a complaint, other than the pricing.”

“My daughters love going here. If they are able to pick an ice cream shop to grab a snack, this is always at the top of the list. The ingredients are always fresh. The staff tends to be young and not always "attentive" to their jobs, for example: not breaking their private conversation about their boyfriends - taking place in front of my 8 year old or having a hard time putting the iPhone down to take an order. That being said, we have never had a bad experience here.”

“When you walk in the smells take over and will trigger some memories. At least mine did of an old fashioned bakery where I grew up and I don't care who you are grown adults and kids alike, you will have your noses pressed against the glass of the pastry case like Ralphie and Schwartz from Christmas Story! I try go in whenever I can especially Tues. Tuesday is pretzel day. They melt in your mouth and pair it with there garlic cheese dip? You'll be hooked. But today I walked out with a coconut cheese coffee cake. My stomach was so happy with the choice and I was happy to have obliged! Though you can't have a great store if you don't have a great staff. The girls are so sweet and the young man was so helpful he carried out my bag, yes I said bag! I'm not going to tell you everything I got, you have to go in for yourself ????. Ok fine Adorable Easter cookies and decorated eggs that's all I am going to say. Hope you enjoy your visit as much as I did!”
