Greyhound Tavern

I didn't have to wait to be seated. Good service, waitress recommend cucumber dressing which is wonderful and made daily. The salmon with pistachios topping and sprinkling with maple syrup was good. The first time I went there was 50 years ago, it was good and still is good. I've been out of Northern Kentucky for years and every time I come back it is a place I need to eat.

Fresh hot food and experience was great. Waiter went out of his way to get me what I wanted, by means of visiting a vending machine to get a mountain dew so I could have a Jameson and dew, my drink of choice. Didn't get his name but kudos and a big shout out to him if he reads this. Overall experience was good ????

Fried chicken lovers rejoice, for the lord has provided us with The Greyhound Taverns, soon to be famous, chicken. Truth be told I was skeptical $16.50 for half a chicken and sides (served family style). However once the dish arrived all doubts were erased, and minds were put at ease. I won't go into detail other than it was stellar, and worth the price.

To the manager, your staff was impressive. Our servers were very attentive, prompt, and answered all questions we had. Great job, please keep up the awesome work. We'll be back.

I've only been there twice but the food is delicious. I had the cod fish sandwich and the fish was great. I ordered the green fried tomatoes. They were great. I had never had any like them with the tomatoes sauce and cream cheese. The onion rings are huge. You will have to share with a friend ( even the half order). You're The atmosphere is cozy and sort of family oriented. I will definitely go back.
