Barleycorn's Lakeside Park

Great place to eat with a wide variety of foods. Their price is competitive and their service is good. If you're ever in the area, give this place a try and see what you think! they make really good wings and have a good drink selection as well so it's a great place to watch sports or hang out with buddies or even go with the family!

I ordered pot roast for $9.95. It was a very small serving. A hungry man would need two servings. There was a big blob of fat. I make pot roast, so I know there's fat, but I think the person plating the food should look for it. Our server was awesome! Wish I could remember his name. We were there Thursday night at 6:30 and we were upstairs - 15-18 old women. ????

I give Barleycorn's 5 stars not because it can compete with high end restaurants for food quality, but for what is it excels. Food is good, atmosphere fun with lots of TVs showing sports, and the staff is great. I was wearing a retired Air Force cap and the manager insisted on buying us dessert. Certainly not expected but very nice. Great neighborhood place.

Highly recommend the wings. Always delicious. And we so like their blue cheese dip! Awesome servers. Just a little noisy (not sure there is much they can do for that) and a little cozy in the seating department. Love love LOVE their outdoor patio in the summer.
