“I visited this McDonald's after picking up my grandson from day care for the play area. There were several older kids in there and I was worried about my 18 month old. The staff was nice and didn't make me just the computer to order lol (I'm old school). And when he spilled his milk they replaced with a new one for free. Very nice!”

Lois, the employee assisting us and the manager on duty were extremely accommodating and helpful in taking our order. They also allowed us use of a coupon. The next day, our order was ready on time and was exactly what we wanted. Our guests were happy and so were we! Very pleased with their service for catering.”

“I come up here often with my friends for a good spot to gather and enjoy a slice of pizza (or two). The dining space is always very clean and the staff is very nice and accommodating. It's pretty typical chain pizza, but better. LaRosa's has sweet sauce, lite doe, and a healthy amount of cheese. Their salads could definitely be better, but again, this is a pizza place. I would recommend this location to anyone in or near the Taylor Mill area.”

They also have a really nice bar with all the ingredients to make a perfect evening out. The prices are competitive with most any restaurant in town. The staff was both friendly and attentive. “Never had service this bad at the Independence location. The chili was not hot or warm and the taste was off. Ordered fries and it took the waitress 10 minutes to get ketchup so by then the fries were cold. She only asked one time how everything was and that was when we got our food and asked for ketchup. Also had to order extra cheese because there was barely any and was charged for it. Very disappointed.”

“I dine here often and pretty much always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. I'm partial to the mixed fajita, but have tried several things from the menu and they were all delicious. This particular building has served as a home to several bars and dining establishments, all of which were short lived. There used to be a really cool bar in the middle of the place that is no longer there. The main dining area is a large open space with high ceiling that makes it fell quite large, but the wood finish helps it not feel like eating in a cafeteria. There is a nice bar area in a separate space. The place is generally clean and the prices are right for the amount of food you receive. If you enjoy Mexican cuisine, you'll love this place. Highly recommended.”

“This is a great location. The food is always great. Especially the pasta meals. Unfortunately the staff isn’t the best. The last two times I’ve gone they forgot to give me the salads and the most recent time they forgot to give me the cookies I ordered. Then you have to call their call center - wait on hold for a long time- to get it credited back to your account. Seems to be an issue with staffing at this location and not checking orders. It gets frustrating. But the food is good.”
