“I love stopping at Thorntons especially when I am in an ultra hurry! I swear that their gas pumps are literally the fastest in town! It gets even better. They have a first rate coffee center with different flavors and strengths. Great early morning snacks and treats to get you to lunch and even carry a good number of essentials that might get you back home in the evening without an additional stop. My only suggestion for the lunch pick-two menu would be to have a vegetarian(V) option in both sections, because currently all three V options are in the second category (and you can’t select two items from one section.) “Small quaint restaurant. Nice service. Football atmosphere. The best food item to me are the Grippo dry rub wings. Absolutely amazing. I live in northern Cincinnati and I don't have a problem taking that drive to go there for the wings. I plan to try a pizza and hoagies one time but I am always caught by the wings. Friendly workers and great prices. I would definitely recommend!!”

The produce was fresh and the portions very generous. There is also a full bar and a good number of Televisions to keep up with the days events. “When Mae Ploy in Highland Heights closed at the end of 2013 I lost my favorite restaurant. Today a small piece of me has been restored! Lotus has the same owner/chef and, I'm happy to say, the same yellow curry that use to be my favorite dish of all time. I was never able to find a curry with so much richness and depth of flavor so I was ecstatic to find it unchanged (for the most part). Lunch came with fantastic soup that I always looked forward to as well. The new location is modern and open and the staff is friendly and attentive. I've been waiting for this for 5 years and I'm so happy Lotus is finally open.”
