During our recent trip to Cumberland Falls State Park we stopped by Cracker Barrel to have a family breakfast. It was busy but the service was really good and our Server was top notch. The thing that impressed me the most was when we were leaving, I witnessed an employee assist an elderly patron to her car. I was so taken with that small act of kindness. Thank you for helping the folks who need some extra assistance!
Cracked Barrel has great food and our waitress was great. Had big plates of food for the money.
Our waitress would come over and check to see if we needed anything and after we were done eating she came over and started to pick up plates and started to get into a conversation about the lakes around the area. Had a great time and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Cracker Barrel is always amazing. The best thing is that no matter which store you go to, no matter where it is, you know you are going to get exactly what you expect. It’s always consistent. And the has brown casserole will send you back to days at mamas.
When traveling, this is a go to. Always know what to expect, no matter where you stop. Consistency, quality, fast and very friendly. Not much else you could ask of a place. No wonder they are always so busy!
The food was good like usual. Never had any problems with food, ever. Even after being in so many different locations in several states. However, this was one that had a less than pleasurable experience with the waiting staff. Our waitress Charity was quick and polite to take our order, but after that it was all downhill. I'm not saying much else to that. Just a lot of room for improvement there.
