“I love this place! Michael and his crew are amazing! Everyone is always very pleasant and the service is almost always quick. Best Dunkin' in Charlotte, in my opinion. The only thing I don't love is the parking lot/drive through situation, you could maybe use a little more signage in the lot to explain what the heck is supposed to happen.”
