Texas Roadhouse

Food great!! Service not so great... I sat at the bar. The bartender did explain that she was training the other girl, after I said you need to worry more about your customers and less about your clean up! I had to ask for my favorite, Texas Roadhouse rolls. However I did say just bring a couple with my steak, I assume she forgot. I had to ask again and was never ask if I needed second beer. Never as if I needed water and had to wait awhile to get cashed out! The girl either didn't care or was consumed with training. The girl being trained was much nicer and more considerate. I will think twice about returning due service of bartender....

We went there for our anniversary. The food was great but what impressed us the most was our waitress Paige. She was so friendly and very attentive to our needs. The other staff that we encountered were also very friendly. Thank you Texas Roadhouse staff for making our anniversary a great one.

Service was great, our waitress was just starting, did a fantastic job, my wife did ask for Chivas on the rocks with a water back and she said what is that; my wife had to explain to here. and then they did not have CHIVAS! Only concern we had was the slippery floor. as my wife said her cane slide from underneath her at least 4 times. Overall a great experience although on the pricey side for the atmosphere

The TX RH in Richmond is great. By far a better staff at this location than in Lexington. I drive to the Richmond location even though the Lexington one is much closer. It’s worth the drive. Nothing but great things to say about this Texas Roadhouse.

We visited this Texas Roadhouse during spring break after 8:00 on a Wednesday. We were seated immediately and our order was taken in a timely manner. The wait for the food was a little longer than other Roadhouse's but it as cooked correctly. Also ordered the shrimp with toast...the shrimp was A LOT smaller than the picture. Overall it was good.
