“Friday (10APR2020) was my first time eating this food and my first time having this type of cuisine. It is now one of my favorite places to get food in Richmond. In two days we have ordered it in twice and had a decent array of the menu. The beef and chicken is amazing. The price per portion is super reasonable. I had never had arepa before and it is now my new eww favorite thing. I cannot recommend this enough. This is incredible food, great service, and as a bonus they use environmentally friendly packaging and silverware. This is truly a hidden gem in Richmond and everyone should try it. I cant wait to try more and see this business thrive.”

My husband and I split a hibachi chicken entree for $5.99, a side of noodles, and a shrimp tempura sushi roll for $4. Portion sizes are VERY generous, especially for the price. “I attended their first Little Black Dress/Black Tie comedy event and had a wonderful time. I ordered the sheep cheese tapas and my sister ordered the meat and cheese plate. Both dishes were excellent. I absolutely loved the sheep cheese tapas plate. I plan stop in again for lunch and pick up some loose tea. Friendly staff, quaint feel in the dining area and they also offer items for sale in front such as goat milk lotion and hand crocheted hats etc.”

I brought my niece here, who absolutely loves Chinese food, and she said it was the best General Tso's chicken she had ever had. Their vegetarian selections are great, especially the fried rice. Food comes very quickly. It's the perfect place to go if you really are in a hurry but want something good to eat.”

“Love this place! One of my first jobs was with the Captain. Worked their several years. They seem to always get it right each time. Never had to call and complain. All staff are very friendly and seem glad you came. Food I'd good, although at times it's not very hot, but they tell you when it is right out of the fryer. Just wish it was always like that. But, in reality, we know it can't be that way. Or we'd have a line back to Berea!! I have to be careful what I order die to a renal diet, but I can eat there from time to time. Will be back.”
