Great experience! Zach and Lucas served me today with a smile and an awesome attitude. They're both charming and VERY handsome. Scooping ice cream is a good workout if you know what I mean. They both deserve HUGE raises.

Great service, great product BUT the place was down outright filthy! Floors, tables, entrance area outside. Wow! Be careful not to stick to the floors or tables.

Love hate this place! Love delicious treats. Hate that I'm not supposed to eat those delicious treats! Haha. Yum.

Went to this location on a busy Saturday afternoon. There was a manager and another staff working at this time. Although they were busy, both team members worked diligently to complete orders quickly and accurately. They were both super friendly and made what could’ve been an unpleasant environment into a great experience. Will definitely go back! Great experience. Impressed with how well the staff worked under such hectic circumstances.

It had been awhile since I had been there so I still had a hole punch card that they no longer use but I did not know that. There was confusion on how the card was to b used because in the past if u had 10 punches used within the current visit u would get ur free item. When telling them that they said the employee was using it wrong. That's why they hav a loyalty point system instead. In the end they ended up honoring my card and free item. Next time I'll sign up for their point system instead. They definitely went above and beyond to explain and make the customer happy. Great ice cream too!
