Panera Bread

I was looking forward to my Panera Bread visit because I haven't lived near one for a while.
As I approached the display case and began to decide on my order, I was surprised that there were just a few pastries to select from.
I selected a cheese souffle and yogurt with fruit and granola, and an iced tea. My choices were ready and on my tray before I had finished paying for my order. The iced tea at the self-service beverage station was fresh and clear as I have always experienced at Panera.
The souffle was warm and savory, and difficult to eat with just a fork. I had to tear at it with my fingers. The yogurt parfait was good and left me wanting more -- at the price I expected a larger portion. The iced tea made me glad I had chosen a large size. It was refreshing and I enjoyed it on the way home.
As I chose my seat, I was looking for a table that was close to a plug where I could recharge my smartphone. I didn't find one.
I was looking forward to taking a pastry home with me, but the selection was so limited. The display case was about ⅓ of the size I have found in other Panera Bread stores.

Used to love this place, but when going there recently they were out of all bagels and my favorite broccoli cheddar soup (Friday night at 5 30). The staff were nice. It hurts to leave a 3 star rating when sandwiches are my favorite food. The bread was very tough, but the sandwich was delicious.

Generally very consistent meals across the country, and this location today showed solid speed of service! Our meals were well prepared though the baguettes today were plywood tough and seemed to be much less fresh than we've come to expect. We will continue to return to Panera with the promise of improvements and even greater prep consistency.

We are from Scottsdale Arizona on a very important family get together and saw one of our favorite places to get coffee, pastries and sandwiches.

The food was AWESOME couple with hospitality to boot. We love the way they keep the place clean and the food was fresh off the griddle. My extended family had not experienced Panera before. The men folk are now hooked and rightly so. We all know extraordinary customer service is rare and we did not want the team at Panera to think it went unnoticed.

The cranberry muffins were fluffy and the coffee was succulent. The Panera Corp should provide this location an award for being Friendly, all smiles, dedicated and keeping a very clean environment. Great job! I am honored to add you to my over 100,000 views club!

Very good quality. I miss the the old bread bowls for the soups though. They are so much smaller than they used to be. They are still good just little bitty. Not as good of a value for the money. Good quality though.
