    I had a birthday on 9/23. I went to Starbucks on Tues a day early. Also came back on Friday 2 days after. No birthday coffee
    I ordered a Salted Carmel Mocha Frappe with whip cream
    Paid for a large then was handed the drink & told me sorry we're out of whip cream.
    Maybe she should have told me before I paid. Really. I drove 22 miles to that store 1 way. I'm disappointed in the service
