Service is typically good and the wait is usually short.
The Hot Brown is spot on.

We were just in from out of town. Service was horrible. There were 3 waitresses standing there that could compliment my dress but didnt even sit us. They all talked for a few more minutes and then walked away. We were questioning if the restaurant was even open by how they were acting. Another waitress came by after 5 minutes and asked us if we had been helped. Finally sat us. Then it took another 10 minutes for someone to even come and get us drinks. Even though there were 4 waitresses just standing at the bar talking. The wings were awful. We hardly ate. Just paid and left and got on the road. Sucks because we drove half an hour out of our way just to eat here based on reviews. Oh well.

The steak is out if this world. The salad could use a few more tomatoes and cheese! The dressing is delicious

Seated by manager on arrival. Several minutes later a couple seated next to us after we were seated were served. After realizing they were being served we got up to leave. Approached my manager and we were re-seated and the manager served us personally.

Food is very good, however it seems to be hit or miss with the wait staff

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Our server was prompt and very professional and courteous. The facilities were handicapped accessible.
