Love this new addition to the Bardstown culinary scene! Excellent small plates. Love the intimate space. The cocktail program is top notch, too. Really great experience every time we go.

We've done a lot of bourbon and whiskey tastings this week and been to several different facilities, but the Willett facilty, and more specifically the Bar at Willett takes the cake! The Bar at Willett has a very warm, welcoming, and rich ambience that makes you feel welcome from the very start. From the service to the food to the amazing drinks, this place keeps on giving. The Whiskey Sours are the best we've ever tasted and watching the labor intensive way this drink is made, proves why it is the best. The food was incredible and while all the dishes were amazing, the egg salad sandwiches with their cured yolk and shaved yolk were out of this world. The carrots and Bibb salad were also world class. All in all, we didn't want to leave. In fact, after our tasting, we came back to the bar for round three. Our bartender Jeff made sure we were well taken care of and made us another round of amazing Whiskey Sours. All in all, this place is a must try for anyone looking to inject their time on the Bourbon Trail with a pop of style, sophistication, and a lot of fun.

The Bar at Willett was one of my favorite places from my first bourbon trail trip. I'm from Memphis, TN, home of Hog and Hominy, ranked #1 as having the best burger in America. Well not anymore...this place blew it out of the water. Easily the best burger I have ever had. The cocktails were amazing, the other brunch menu items were fantastic. Service was top notch and our meal was perfectly paced. It's not a question of would I come back but when. If you're on the bourbon trail make this place one of your stops, you'll thank me later.

Absurdly delicious food. The design of the space is a bit odd, but the food more than makes up for it.

This is a very classy establishment. They do small plates which are perfect for sharing, but if you want to get full, you will have to order multiple plates per person.

We ordered octopus, catfish, pate, and egg salad. The octopus had great flavor, but was a little chewy. However, it is definitely worth trying, as it is not often found in the area. The catfish was cooked to perfection. The pate en croute had amazing flavor, but was a little doughier than expected around the edges. The egg salad was the most delectable, although it was hard to detect the smoked dukes.

If you are looking for a fancier place to impress someone, this is definitely a place you should try.
