Moved here from Washington DC metro area. Was looking for Chinese food. They were recommended to me. Being right next to the Kroger.
My husband and I have enjoyed every meal we have ordered. He judges the quality of food by the combination fried rice. Myself, the shrimp and lobster sauce. The portions are good sizes. Even the lunch specials.
The owners are extremely nice, and helpful with their menu selections. I like a small amount of heat in my spicy selections and they are accommodating in that request.
They are open 6 days a week, being closed on Mondays. Everyone deserves a day off.
Truly recomend that if you want Chinese in the LaGrange area eat there.
Have to add to my review. Just had their version of COCONUT SHRIMP. Wow it was great. Very large shrimp. Very tasty sauce. 12 shrimp for $12. W rice. Tempura breading. So light and crispy.
You really need to try them if you're in Lagrange
So I ordered the roast duck and was not disappointed. It was cooked perfectly. Crispy skin, and juicy tender meat. I highly recommend this dish. Ive been craving authentic roast duck for a while lol
Edit: I posted that^ a while ago, but one of my guilty pleasures is Lo Mein. This place makes the best Lo Mein I've ever had in my opinion(and that's saying something). I usually either get the beef or vegetable lo mein. Both are amazing. Haven't tried their other variations yet. Also, try their fried donuts. Simple sweet and delicious.
I got recommended this place from a coworker. All though its probably the best Chinese restaurant around. Its a little pricy for what you get
If you're looking for cheap food, you should just go to the jumbos just down the street. Though if you prefer quality over quantity, its gonna be the wok everytime. I know for a fact this wont be my last visit.
