“If you ever in Paris, Kentucky or visiting Bourbon County you need to check out Samuel’s Kitchen. Quaint family owned and operated business, with Puerto Rican Cuisine. I had the Pernil (Slow Roasted Pork) with arroz congandules (rice w/beans), and green bean salad. I also tried the Relleno de Papa, mashed potatoes stuffed with meat and deep fried yummy. The fried plantains were crisp and tasted great. Everything is made fresh which makes it even better. They are located in historic downtown Paris amongst lots of unique shops and stores.”
