“The bagel in itself was still delicious, however, I had to deduct one star because for the last three times I have been in I had always asked for my bagels to be toasted and they are always soft - sadly, it feels as though my bagels weren't even placed into a toaster. As for the workers, they are super nice and kind people and would give 5/5 for their amazing attitudes and smiles :)”
